What belongs with the Gelataro seller
Everything to do with an actual order. The seller takes the payment, holds the stock, ships the box and administers the satisfaction cover. We hold no order records at all, so these have to go to their own support desk:
- Where an order has reached and when it is due
- Changing an address after checkout
- The terms of the satisfaction cover and how to claim under it
- Anything showing on a card statement
- Damaged or missing items in a delivered box

The back label names Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, with a telephone number and an email address beside it. That is the distributor of record as printed on the product. It is reproduced here because it is on the jar, not because this site speaks for them.
How to make a reply easy to write
Name the page and paste the sentence you are asking about. Where the question is about the product rather than the page, the fastest route to an answer is a photograph of the panel on your own jar, because that settles in one step what a description takes three to establish.
What this desk will not do
Give medical advice, and it is not a close call. Nobody reading email at this address knows your history, your prescriptions or your reasons, and those are precisely the things that decide the answer. A pharmacist or a doctor has all three in front of them.
